01 Where are jewelry pieces made?
All pieces are handcrafted in my Paris atelier.
02 How long does it take to receive my order?
All jewelry is made-to-order. Please allow 2/3 weeks for crafting and shipping.
03 Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide. European orders via La Poste, international orders via La Poste or Colissimo.
04 What is your refund policy?
You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable. Refunds are issued after we inspect the returned item.
05 How is my jewelry packaged?
Your jewelry comes in its box, with a travel pouch and a certificate of authenticity.
06 Do you have a reseller?
You can find a selection of my jewelry at PLAYMARCHE Gallery, piazza della Libertà, 24 (Macerata, Italy).
07 How do I know my ring size?
The most reliable method is to ask a professional jeweler to measure your finger size for you. This is the most accurate measurement.
If this is not possible, there are alternative methods you can use:
If the ring is a gift for yourself or you cannot visit a jeweler, take a piece of string or a thin strip of paper and wrap it around the base of your finger. Mark the point where the ends meet, then measure the length of the string in centimeters.
If you already own a ring that fits well, you can measure the internal diameter of the ring in millimeters to determine your size.
