The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on www.lauranardin.com. By using the site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please make sure that you have read and understood the terms and conditions before you place an order. Laura Nardin reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Laura Nardin’s products include but are not limited to rings, necklaces, bracelets, and earrings. Products are all crafted by the designer in her atelier in Paris. Product descriptions and images are provided for information only. Minor variations may occur.
PRICES
All prices are displayed in Euros. Prices do not include shipping fees, which will be added at checkout. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.
ORDERS
To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old. By placing an order on our website, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined here. Once your order is submitted and payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If you do not receive your confirmation email within 3 working days, please contact us at contact@lauranardin.com. Orders can only be shipped to a valid residential or business address.
As soon as the confirmation page appears on your screen, your purchase is legally binding. If you notice any mistakes or encounter issues while placing your order, contact us immediately at contact@lauranardin.com so we can assist you. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, stock issues, or payment problems.
All Laura Nardin jewelry is made-to-order, so please allow 2–3 weeks for crafting and shipping.
PAYMENT
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept the following payment methods: major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider, and we do not store any card details on our servers.
By placing an order, you confirm that the payment method used is valid and authorized. In the event of a declined payment, the order will not be processed. Prices are displayed in euros and include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
SHIPPING POLICY
Your jewelry comes carefully packaged in its box, along with a travel pouch and a certificate of authenticity.
All Laura Nardin jewelry is made-to-order, so please allow 2–3 weeks for crafting and shipping. Customers outside the EU are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Packages returned due to unpaid customs or incorrect addresses will be resent or refunded with a 10% restocking fee deducted to cover handling and processing.
Laura Nardin is not responsible for delays or losses caused by shipping carriers.
Shipping is available to France, the European Union and selected international destinations. We currently do not ship to the United States.
Orders within France are shipped via La Poste. International orders are shipped via La Poste or Colissimo, depending on the destination.
Rates & Delivery Times
- France: approximately 2 working days
- EU: approximately 3–5 working days
- Selected international destinations, excluding the United States: approximately 5–15 working days
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been confirmed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your delivery.
STUDIO PICKUP
My studio is based in Paris. Customers in the city may also choose to pick up their order directly from the studio by appointment. Please contact contact@lauranardin.com to arrange your pickup.
REFUND
I hope you love your jewelry. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be granted after the returned items have been checked. Please note that sale and discounted items are final and non-refundable.
